That's why the coordinators exist. A good coordinator will scatter the work
for the team so no one duplicates the work.

Launchpad might be good for new users that don't want to work with SVN, but
it's slow and it often timeouts. Lokalize is easier to use, because has
autocomplete, suggestion fill/translation memory, glossary and synchronise
features.
