My apologies, i did a mistake and packaged RC3 l10n from trunk instead from 
the stable branches as I should have done.

This is probably not that bad since trunk and stable have hopefully not 
diverged much yet, but if you are seeing something weird l10n related when 
using RC3 packages it may be because of this.
