Hi,

It seems that nepomuk-metadata-extractor has been renamed to  
nepomuk-webminer, but the catalog was not renamed, as well as its name in  
Messages.sh was not changed. Tested with nepomuk-webminer and works fine  
[1], except for the publication databases seems to be broken for some  
reason, it constantly hangs for Microsoft Publications and cannot obtain  
any IMDB except for Big Buck Bunny on Mandriva 3 Live/KDE 4.9.80. ;)

It also worth to note that for the docs to this KCM image should be  
prepared as JPEG. If you do not put this JPEG into docs folder the image  
will not be shown on docs.kde.org [2].
