The main KWin configuration dialog is currently broken in layout \
(functionally and in a way by design) after a change to utilize designer \
*.ui files.

There's a pending patch [1] which unfortunately was not commited before the \
string freeze, yet in a general "let's tidy up" mood and being before the \
string freeze at that time, i regrouped some things what cause few minor \
string changes. Also there were two double ampersands.

String alterations:
-------------------
1. fixed two double &amps;
2. Merged: "&Titlebar double-click:" and ""&Titlebar wheelevent:" into \
"Titlebar" and "M&ouse wheel:" and "&Double-click:" 3. Added "Special \
Windows"

So the i18n tasks on this would be:
------------------------------------
1. catch the fix of the &amp;&amp;'s
2. Translate "Titlebar"
3. Translate "&Double-click:" (the string "M&ouse wheel:" /is/ present)
4. Translate "Special Windows"


The major layout defects can be fixed without string changes, but would of \
course end in an inferior visual & structural result in the release (and \
force me to dump the current work, fix the layout, redo the GUI afterwards, \
since *.ui is not really suitable for merging ;-)
