I removed with "rm -rf documentation/kdepim" the English source, so update_xml 
would pull in a fresh version. I do see a lot of files pulled in, much more 
than you listed above. After that I don't see the po2xml command. When I 
execute that command sending the output to a file, that file is empty without 
an error message.

Checking the file documentation/kdepim/korganizer/index.docbook this file does 
not exist, however there is a file 
documentation/kdepim/doc/korganizer/index.docbook, so there is a new 
directory, doc, present. I can generate, without errors, using that file the 
new docbook for korganizer. So apparently the structure in the folder 
documentation on the git server has changed, without a corresponding change in 
the script.
