If you want to have the announcement translated to your language you have to

The announcement is tomorrow european afternoon/evening so it'd be cool if you 
could translate them before that (after is ok too, but lowers impact a bit).

Once you have them done send them to me (no need to spam the list) and i'll 
hook them up to the web.
