Hi all,

Muon and QApt are now in string freeze. The current plan is to release
Muon 1.4 on March 13th, two weeks from now. I pointed the new 1.4
branch to the stable l10n branch two weeks ago when I released 1.4 RC.
The strings have technically been frozen since then, and l10n trunk
points to master as always.

The new Muon Discover frontend will contain the bulk of new strings
for Muon. Strings shouldn't have changed much at all with QApt.
