kde-runtime/plasma/declarativeimports/test doesn't exist anymore.
commit id 36788f1ee3bb2c6132d22c5c710b75e16f73e5ee

kde-runtime/plasma/declarativeimports/test was a duplicated (except from
Locale.qml) code of
kdeexamples/plasma/declarative/widgetgallery , so we removed the one in
kde-runtime.

Also we created a localegallery in kdeexamples which contains the
Locale.qml(now it is named main.qml)
commit id a9cf6d58d5219f65a3ac8c176f4ae0c7c8f9aca5
