The list of folders can be retrieved using the command
<userinput><command>kde4-config</command> <option>--path cgi</option> </
userinput>. The value defaults to <filename class="directory">$<envar>
HOME</envar>/.kde4/cgi-bin/</filename>.

This results n the $ being a whitespace far from home ($ home ->
$home), Also, the final dot after a path or url is in general not a
good idea, but in this case I suppose there is no other way to do it.
