...especially WRT plural handling.

One of most appalling example is in the
file photolayoutseditor/widgets/canvas/Scene.cpp, line 1494:

i18n("Are you sure you want to delete %1 selected item%2?",
QString::number(count), (count>1?"s":""))


which, if I understand rightly, just appends English plural "s" if the
number is more than 1, making it impossible to translate.

And in pot-file one can see more examples needing for plural handling, e.g.
separate items for "move item" and "move items",
"scale item" and "scale items", "add item" and "add items" and so on.

Also, there are quite many exclamation marks which IMHO are rather
condemned in KDE.
