But than first you have to get these files on your disk in the current folder 
using:

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/l10n-kde4/<langcode>

for the files in trunk. And for the files in branch (in a different folder)

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/stable/l10n-kde4/<langcode>

<langcode> is your language code
