Hi,

despite the string freeze, I introduced two new strings in
Telepathy (telepathy-accounts-kcm.po).
In fact, I removed a puzzle sentence. There was:

    "on local network"

which was put together in source code to:

    "$name $surname ($nickname) on local network"

or:

    "$name $surname on local network"

in case no nick was given.
I made them two strings yesterday:

    "%1 %2 (%3) on local network"
    "%1 %2 on local network"

with comments on what the placeholders mean.

I hope that's ok, given that the string freeze was still
fresh. :)
