Hi!

It is known that extragear applications have special release cycles and  
special requirements.

It will be good if translation credits entities will not be added to  
user.entities in kdelibs without consideration of extragear application  
dependencies and some notice for the developers and documenters.

For example, if the application can be build on KDE 4.6, and the entity  
can be added to kdelibs 4.7.x only (as 4.6 is no longer in development),  
just send the notice to kde-doc-english with new entity to add it to the  
English docbook and avoid build conflicts.
