Hello all,

Now that Muon and QApt 1.2 stable have been released, I have made 1.2
branches for each of them. The 1.2 branch is now considered the app's
stable branch, and the stable translations in svn should be pulled
from that location going forward.

Once this is all set up I will un-freeze master for new/modified
strings. The 1.2 branch will be string frozen for the lifetime of the
branch. Please let me know once the stable l10n branch has been
switched to 1.2 so I can re-open master.
