Hi Joy, from what i can see from the logs there is none active in the KDE 
Bengali translation team (neither in the Bengali_India team, but i assume you 
meant the first one?)

You should try contacting the mailing list/webpage at 
http://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=bn so they upload your file to our 
file repository. If they do not answer in a reasonable time(i.e. a week) please 
come back to this mailing list again and we will help you.
