I've found an untranslatable user-visible string:
src/context/applets/wikipedia/WikipediaApplet.cpp:482:
pbar->setFormat( QString( "%1kB : %p%" ).arg( kbytes ) );

It can be made translatable in string freeze without asking l10n teams
