Hi there,

I'm very glad to hear that you interested in translating KDE to Vietnamese.
I think KDE is a big project and it should be localization by a comunity not
just some people. I'm also a Vietnamese and a moderator of MOST (Mandatory
Opensource Software Translation) project
http://du-an-most.hanoilug.org/MostWiki . This project is sponsored by
government. We have almost finished the translation of Ubuntu (for Gnome).
You should contact with MOST and suggest to support the translating of KDE
and the government might give budget.
