Hmm. So how would your name appear in your language?

  Часлав Илић (Chusslove Illich)
or just
  Часлав Илић ?

And in which form does one have to write the names in KAboutData? In 
English? Or in Latin1? Or in the natural script? I suppose in 
English/Latin1 since we do not have an English translation and thus 
English transliteration of names is not possible. This appears do be 
strange/inconvenient because non-Latin1 names will have to be re-
transliterated from the transliterated English form to their natural 
script. *shrug*
