Subject: kdepim split into kdepim-runtime

I've just commited the split into l10n that moves files that previously were 
in the kdepim module to the newly created kdepim-runtime module.

Both kdepim and kdepim-module will not be released following the main 4.6 
release and will be released some time after (yet to be decided as far as i 
know).
