Maybe, but that is not my pov.
What feels strange to me is to let teams update documentation translations but
not ship them in released tarballs like kipi-plugins docs since two years.
Either the current documentation e.g for kipi-plugins is so much otdated that
it is useless, then please stop scripty processing them and announce that here
or release the updated language documentations together with the code.
