Hi all.

I returned to Lokalize development (a bit late though).

In order to improve projects/glossary handling for newbies (see \
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=252965) the following string was needed:
"You have accessed a feature that requires project to be loaded. Do you want to \
create new project or open existing project?"

Does anybody have objections for adding it?
Also, does anybody see (grammar) mistakes in its formulation?
