I noticed some issues with digiKam and kipi-plugins wrt translation /
documentation:

digikam-1.6.0.tar.bz2 - no gui translations for locale "uk", which is always
at 100% since a looong time.

The latest doc tarball you released on SourceForge is 0.9.5 for digikam, I did
not find a doc tarball for kipi-plugins there.

But svn has extragear/doc/digikam 1.2/2010-02-20 and extragear/doc/kipi-
plugins 0.1.3/2008-02-13, processed by scripty once a day and teams
translating that.

In Debian after all I found a package digikam-doc 1.2 05 Jun 2010, and a kipi-
plugins-doc 16 Oct 2008.

Looks like the effort of translation teams dealing with digikam/kipi doc
translations (e.g. 270 updated kipi doc po files in 2009/2010) are not used
since 6 month / two years.

Or am I wrong here?
