Hello,

As mentioned here[0], the dialog used to add/edit Places in the KFile*
sidebars currently always says "Edit" in the title, even if the user
is adding a new Place.  I've fixed it by making the caption
conditional[1], but I'm not sure if this change is allowed due to the
message freeze in effect.  Could someone advise me of what to do?
