But if you wait for a few days, I will finally commit the big patch which will move XSL customizations from kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/ to kdoctools/customization/xsl. The patch is working (according to my tests). I've not done it yet because it will impact the generation of documentation on docs.kde.org, so I'm waiting the review (and acknowledgment) from the maintainers of that site. The new system (see also http://kde.markmail.org/thread/as4ctj7kt3raws4q) will rely on upstream docbook xsl, allowing local customizations (with native UTF-8 encoding).
