Saw your commit, wicd-client-kde.po translations renamed already.

Yes, people that want to translate wicd-kde (new name ;) ) have to
translate both wicd-kde.pot and desktop_playground-network_wicd-client-
kde.pot.
Note that when you release, you should not ship the desktop_...po
translations, as they are useless.
