I don't see a meeting with i18n being needed. What i think the rebranding
needs is:
* Changes need to be approved by the maintainer of the code being changed,
not doing on they own by some random person
* Changes being made outside the string freeze.
Previous attempts did not meet any of the two conditions and that's why they
were received with hostility.
