Depends on the numbers of changed/new strings 5, 50, 500?

I'd prefer to "unfreeze" kdepim 4.5 asap and that you introduce the new 
strings distributed over time, not in one big chunk.

But of course every catalog used by applications outside kdepim should keep 
unchanged.
