I think, the string "Open all bookmarks in this folder as a new tab."
should be "Open all bookmarks in this folder as new tabs." or "Open
all bookmarks from this folder in new tabs." (I am not sure whether
both variants are correct). The string belongs to action "Open Folder
in Tabs".
