Hi, 

we need to start thinking about how to branch l10n-kde4 for KDE 4.5. 

My suggestion would be (pseudo instructions):

svn mv branches/stable/l10n-kde4 branches/KDE/4.4/kde-l10n
svn cp trunk/l10n-kde4 branches/stable/l10n-kde4

but this caused quite some screaming everytime (I can't seem to remember the 
reason for that now). I think the documentation externals need to be manually
adjusted, and I don't have  a script for that. 

anything else I'm missing? is there a better way?
