Yep, ISO 3166-2 defines over 4000 subdivisions 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2), which is why I want to use the 
isocodes project (http://pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org/) for the translations 
in SC 4.6.
