Hi!

It is known that some KDE application developers (Parley, KTimeTracker,  
KAddressBook, KOffice, K3b) want to maintain their documentation on  
UserBase.

Neither exists simple way to convert new documentation in common form nor  
to track down possible changes.

Are there any string freeze rules for UserBase documentation or it will be  
the rolling release documentation with rolling translations?
