If you do not understand what they mean just answer this mail and i'll try to 
explain it.

Also in the future do not send the kdelibs4.po to the list, the rest of the 
500 subscribers are probably not interested in it ;-) This is one of the very 
few cases it is justified mailing me directly instead of the list.
