I'm working to move kappfinder out of kdebase/apps and into extragear/base.  
I've got the code move part ready to commit, but handling the translations 
looks a little daunting to me.

From what I can gather, there's a bunch of stuff to move within each 
language module under
/trunk/kde-l10n/

Any advice, tips, or preferably help ?
