Hi there,

on checking some more time formats I figured the TimeFormat for the sg
locale is contradictory. It currently is: %p %H:%M:%S (ie. 24-hour format
with am/pm prefix).

I couldn't find any official document but according to IBM globalization
database it is both:
- %p %I:%M:%S (Singapore English [1])
- %H:%M:%S (Singapore Simplified Chinese [2])

I think either of the two should be used in entry.desktop but unfortunately
I'm not sure which (is there someone currently maintaining the data?).

Regards,
Michael
