Not really, en_GB and pt_BR are not language variants just regular languages, 
and thus require you to translate all the strings of the given language which 
doesn't seem what we want in this situation.

The solution suggested by Chusslove is using Transcript + the country set in 
KDE configuration to select the correct month name. The problem with that is 
that if if i'm a arab speaker from morocco living in egypt i probably want 
moroccan january and not egypt one
