I'm sorry, but that is not allowed. There are no such things as group accounts. Every \
committer needs an own account. New contributors can first worrk with existing \
contributors and request an account after they have proven that they will stick \
around. Of course - if there is no existing contributor anymore, we will create the \
account without problems...
