shure, that's easy.
but introducing 12 new strings on a deeply frozen branch?

I will not do it without approval from kde-i18n-doc, so please ask there.

My reasoning would be: the strings were and still are untranslatable. And as I 
said in comment for BR, even if there will be no more 4.2 subversions, there 
may be distributions updating their releases that use 4.2.
