Hi,

a bit late, but better late than never I hope :) 

To prepare for the next beta of KDevelop I've moved the plugins

projectbuilder/qmakebuilder
projectmanagers/qmake
tools/qtdesigner

from trunk/KDE/kdevelop to
trunk/playground/devtools/kdevelop4-extra-plugins. So you guys probably
need to move the translations. Those plugins are most probably not
coming back into trunk/KDE or extragear before the final release of
KDevelop4.0.0.
