Hi,

Today, Malay language exceed the essential requirement for desktop_kdelibs.po, \
desktop_l10n.po and kdelibs4.po

The only exception is kdebase which is at 61.41 % and hopefully will achieve 75 % in \
few weeks time.

Please include Malay language in next release of KDE 4.2.x so that it can be included \
in distribution, and can be tested by a wider audience.
