There exist "Sending" and "Receiving" in kmail, they are the title of two tabs 
of the configuration dialog regarding accounts used for sending and receiving, 
but i think they need context otherwise lots of teams are going to screw up 
and translate in the wrong way.

So can i break the freeze and add the context?
