Fixed. On the other hand...

This happens because Lokalize treats empty context as no context, and
removes empty msgctxt when the PO is saved; thus after next merging, the
message gets fuzzy. Gettext documentation explicitly mentions that empty
context is distinct from no context, which implies that Lokalize should be
fixed in this respect.
