Hi,
I have just tested your script and instead of 5 warnings I got just 1 of the && case:
#: knetattach.cpp:53 knetattach.cpp:339
msgid "Save && C&onnect"
msgstr "Salvar && &Conectar"
/home/fb/kde/stable/KDE3/pt_BR/messages/kdebase/knetattach.po:152(#23)[msgstr:10:"&Conectar"]: (KDE4 markup) not well-formed (invalid token)
And there is another issue:
/home/fb/kde/stable/KDE3/pt_BR/messages/kdeedu/kig.po:48(#3)[msgstr:234]: (KDE4 markup) mismatched tag
This one has a special HTML char :
#: tips.cpp:18
msgid ""
"<p>Kig can open several file formats: its files (<code>.kig</code> files),\n"
"<em>KGeo</em> files, <em>KSeg</em> files, and, partially, <em>Dr. Geo</em>\n"
"and <em>Cabri™</em> files.</p>\n"
msgstr ""
"<p>O Kig pode abrir vários formatos de arquivos, dentre eles: seus próprios "
"arquivos \n"
" (<code>.kig</code>), arquivos do <em>KGeo</em>, arquivos do <em>KSeg</em>\n"
"e parcialmente, arquivos do <em>Dr. Geo</em> e do <em>Cabri™</em>.\n"
Thank you again =)

The script is indeed meant to be run only on KDE 4 POs, but this particular
issue is really a bug (would have also happened in a KDE 4 PO). Fixed it.
