In Polish we have the same problem as Serbian and use user-defined entities
which look like &progname-case; .As you may guess it results in the 
application name
in the right case. The whole mechanism gives the same name of a program
in the whole documentation (some are long, like System Settings etc.) 
and &kappname;
makes the method unusable.
