I've recently added to Pology two scripts for special, "embedded" diffing
and patching of PO files, poediff and poepatch. They can be used for
reviewing changes between PO files and directories, as well as "send diff,
apply patch" approach usual for code. Diffing also works in context of
repository working copy, e.g. poediff -c svn is the PO-diffing counterpart
to svn diff.
