Sorry for the *very* late answer, I've been totally tied up lately and it
doen't seem thing will improve in the near future :(

Yes, this is quite accurate, it can happen if there are resource conflicts the
scheduling routines are not able to resolve.
Propose to change the string a little bit to make it less cryptic, see
attachment. If it's ok, could someone please commit? I don't know when I'll be
able to do it myself.
