No, your KTorrent translation has never been in stable-kde4. This

there was extragear-network/ktorrent.po at all.
I think there is a misunderstanding on your side on what "stable-kde4" is.
That branch represents the "stable" serie of KDE 4 applications. This means=
=20
that it holds the translations for the stable KDE 4 serie (currently KDE=20
4.2.x, one week ago it was KDE 4.1.x), and the stable series of KDE 4=20
extragear applications (currently Amarok 2.0.x and KTorrent 3.1.x).

Then you updated the translation of the future KTorrent 3.2.
If you want to update KTorrent 3.1.x, you must commit to=20
branches/stable/l10n-kde4.
