Hello,

It seems something has been broken in Konqueror's Appearance settings.

1.
There are three tabs (General, Fonts and Stylesheets) but the page title 
always says "Configure the fonts used on web pages". 

2.
In the lower pane of the General and Fonts tabs, What's This? does not show 
help messages for individual options. Instead it shows explanations about the 
Fonts and Stylesheets modules (see attachment).

3.
Options and help messages are not localized at all in the Stylesheets tab.

Hope these problems can be fixed for 4.2.1, if not already fixed :)
