Hi, while planning for the KDE 4.3 schedule[1] someone brought up one issue 
that affects the l10n team.

You can see that the planned artwork freeze is on June 23rd and the planned 
String freeze is on May 5th.

That may be a problem since new artwork usually needs new strings (like for 
example the name of a game theme or the name of a background for the desktop, 
etc)

So i'm here asking you if we should allow for explicit excemption on the 
message freeze for new messages appearing due to new artwork or not. 

My opinion is: I think it could be ok to allow an explicit excemption for new 
messages due to new artwork given there's at least one month after the 
artwork freeze until the release time.
