Maybe... But reporter has a point: "white" flag is anomaly and probably 
official flag is quite correct for "official" Cyrillic. I made a proposal in 
BR to use official flag for Cyrillic and "unofficial" flag for Latin - maybe 
it could be a compromise? (though, of course, it's upon the translation team 
to decide what to use and what not...)
