In KDM configuration, a file named kdmrc, one can specify some placeholders
in the greeting text, e.g. %h for the hostname, etc. If the configuration
states an undefined placeholder, this text, [fix kdmrc], appears in its
place, telling to whomever wrongly edited kdmrc to fix it.
